Still Here!!!

So I haven't posted anything in quite a while. I have been so busy here lately. Doing what you may ask? Being a mother! I never in my wildest dreams believed it would be such a challenge creating my line of bath and body products and raising my little one. When I'm not at work, I at work with him. I have so much respect for those of you with more than one child. I don't know how you do it. Yes as you probably can tell this is my first one. Now don't get me wrong I knew it was going to be hard, but no one could have ever convinced me it would be this hard. Thank you all for being so patient as I try to squeeze out what creative ideas I have left in this mushy brain of mine.

Hello Again!!

So I've been away from a while now. It's amazing how life can take you everywhere and no where at the same time. I've been nursing my son back to health this week. He has had a cold for a month now. I know a month!! And on top of it all he has been teething non-stop for weeks. 3 trying to come in now. So needless to say my bath and body line had been shoved aside for a while. I've been working on my bath fizzies but still can't quite get them how I want so those will becoming soon. I know I keep telling you that but they will I promise. Now I I'm back to work with great news. I have , however, created a new line of bath salts that are designed to be put directly into your bath. They are colored and scented and feel amazing. They all contain lots of Vitamin E for healthy, beautiful skin and feel like soft, smooth silk. I am working on the names of them as we speak and will hopeful have pictures up by tomorrow. My favorite is the Bermuda Breeze Bath Salt. It will be available in 7.75 oz Jars and 16 0z. Jars. Thank you all for being so loyal.

Busy Week

I know its only Wednesday but I have had a busy week. I'm still trying to get the hang of working full-time and taking care of my little one. He hates day care and I hate it too but it is a necessary evil. I've really been concentrating on introducing my line of bath fizzies. I have everything prepared but I have yet to begin. I can tell you that once I launch them you won't be able to keep your hands off them. We're doing some pretty amazing things with ours that are not normally done. Can't wait to show you all.

oh, it's friday! it's storming here now. lightning, thunder, rain. a nice hot summer storm. i have an exciting weekend ahead and hope you do as well.

so i don't know who is hot, but it is hot down here in the gulf! i can hardly breathe when i step outside. by now, we are getting a little tired of summer. and our minds start thinking about fall. cooler weather, thicker layers. the fall is a time for me to start baking. i love the way it makes my house smell. you may be wondering why on earth am i talking about fall and baking. well, i'll tell you. my friend here at BDC has informed me that there will be some new and exciting things happening at her 'shop' (http://www.bdcbathandbody.etsy.com/). fall 'flavors'!! and so i have decided to share my thoughts with you. that is why you are here, right? that's what i tell myself anyway. so the flavors she has decided to add to her line for the fall are going to be used for sachets, lotions, shower gels, scrubs and bath fizzies. as i look over this list of 'flavors' my mouth actually begins to water. i envision county fairs, family cook outs, kids in the kitchen with flour all over their faces. when you look over these, what do you think of? sitting with a cup of coffee or hot tea, a little treat, and your favorite book? tell me what about the fall do you enjoy? i'll be listening.
